The Falk Fehr Foundation Is very excited to work with the Winkler Community Foundation (WCF). We both strongly believe in growing the community and giving everyone the best chance to succeed. The Winkler Community Foundation has been serving the area since 1994 and always has an understanding of the priorities within the community. It’s important for us to know we are reaching as many people as possible through our work with the foundation.
